For that reason and to make it financially viable for Kim Crawley and her comrades (notably Hard Working Netizen, Mathew Samuel, and Cory Gerard) to devote time and effort to maintaining and improving this online platform in lieu of doing necessary living income work elsewhere, we would greatly appreciate any financial donations that you can afford, whether as a one time donation (thank you!) or as a monthly reoccurring donation (even better).
We will never accept payment in cryptocurrency because those technologies, akin to “Generative AI,” are massively environmentally destructive, and also facilitate organized crime and cyber crime.
As much as we hate capitalism and distrust government and commercial banks and financial services under capitalism, using those systems and their related fiat currencies is unfortunately the best option that we have for the time being.
Kim Crawley personally trusts Ko-fi and their supply chain entities. We shall delegate the handling of your sensitive financial data and related regulatory compliance to them completely, and Covid Safe Date will never have any access to your sensitive, legally protected financial data. Covid Safe Date isn’t a registered charity yet, as of this writing. We are looking into the possibility of registering as a charity or nonprofit organization according to Canadian tax legislation. (Kim Crawley is a Canadian citizen who lives and works in Toronto.)
If we’re ever able to register as a charity or nonprofit organization according to Canadian tax legislation, and possibly provide income tax rebates to Canadian donors or donors from other international jurisdictions accordingly, we will privately through email notify those donors as per Kim Crawley’s Ko-fi account about how they may benefit from that.
